Erick Alvarez has thorough experience in real estate development and investing in real estate through his four real estate licenses obtained from California, Nevada, Idaho and North Carolina. Erick is also familiar with owning and managing multiple Airbnb properties. Erick Alvarez was formerly Senior Membership Manager through the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C for two years where he raised over $5 Million and represented the economic growth, business development and legislative interest of over 4.7 million Hispanic-owned businesses.
