Yajaira (Ja-hi-da) moved to the Raleigh area 30 years ago from the Dominican Republic. She calls Raleigh her home away from home. After attending college she moved back to the Dominican Republic with her family for one year and gave her kids the opportunity to experience the island life and to see where she grew up. While they were living there, she opened an internet cafe and this gave her the chance to reconnect with her community. In 2012 she moved back to Raleigh, NC and has been living in the area ever since.
Yajaira's mother has always been the driving force to steer family, friends, and whomever she crossed paths to invest in real estate as she has always believed this is the way to creating a legacy. For this reason, Yajaira gives credit to her mother for igniting her passion for real estate. As a first generation immigrant and understanding the hurdles many face when purchasing a home due to language and cultural barriers, Yajaira believes she can bridge this gap and help many attain the dream of owning their home.
Yajaira currently resides with her husband Raymon and their 5 children ( Leyla, Shiloh, Isaiah, Zavier, and Nayelis) in Bailey, NC. When she is not assisting clients, she is probably enjoying time with her family and friends. She also enjoys cooking, working on her family's ancestry, dancing, the beach, shopping and traveling.
