Quanda is a Raleigh, North Carolina native. From an early age, she was passionate for helping others. Upon obtaining a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, in Greensboro North Carolina, she relocated back to Raleigh to begin a 15-year career as a Healthcare professional. Although serving patients in her community brought her great fulfillment, she knew it was time to follow her passion in the real estate industry.

Quanda’s engaging personality carries the core values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. With a passion for service, she believes knowledge and communication is key, therefore she is readily available to help with your real estate needs. 

When Quanda isn’t working towards making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with Jaxson, her little Yorkie, cooking and creating memories with her family and friends.
