LaTanya was born in the Chicago area and moved to North Carolina, by way of central Florida.  After attending Florida A & M University, she received her B.S. in Business Administration in 2002 and her Real Estate License in 2003. She began her career by conducting First Time Homebuyer Seminars, hosting open houses for national new construction builders and negotiating short sales to save homeowners from going into foreclosure.  After gaining valuable experience in the real estate field, LaTanya co-developed a dynamic team, with her husband Cedrick O’Hara, to reach more clients and help more families.

LaTanya is super excited to now be working in Raleigh as a real estate broker with local real estate firm, A Cole Realty. She has made a career long habit of providing exceptional service for buyers and sellers alike and she will continue to do the same in the Triangle area.  A Cole Realty has already had the pleasure of assisting thousands of happy families, but with LaTanya on board, they are sure to help many more. She brings a zestful energy, extensive knowledge and good old fashion grit to each real estate transaction to get her clients the best deal with the least stress possible. After 20 years of experience in real estate, LaTanya’s success has been proven by way of consecutive million-dollar producer awards the last five years, in addition to repeat clients who trust her enough to send their friend and family referrals. 

LaTanya resides in North Carolina with husband Cedrick and her 3 children: Chaya, Caiden and Cerina.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring live music venues and participating in local community events.
