Cara Owsley has been passionate about Real Estate since her earliest years growing up in Southern New Jersey. She enjoyed making design decisions and selections for her father’s upcoming investment properties as well as tagging along with her mother to showing and listing appointments. 

Cara relocated to North Carolina to attend East Carolina University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Business Administration and will graduate this year with her MBA and Marketing Certificate. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Cara jumped right into a career in Interior Design where she was able to guide many clients through new construction, relocation, renovation and decorating projects to create their dream home. 

She always knew that she desired a path that involved serving others and found her true calling in Real Estate and Interior Design guiding her clients through one of the biggest investments of their lives. 

Cara prides herself on her work ethic and client-focused approach. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is as enjoyable as possible. When she is not serving her clients, she enjoys spending her free time with her two miniature dachshunds, Duke and Lulu, as well as traveling to visit family.
