Chad Dyson was born in Gaithersburg, Maryland where he became a lifelong Washington Commanders fan. He moved to Raleigh at a young age and considers the Triangle his home. He has enjoyed seeing the area grow and the positive effects it has had on many Triangle cities.

Real estate has always been a passion of his and an industry he wanted to explore. Over the years he watched family friends run a successful real estate business, that introduction to the business pushed him to acquire his real estate license at the age of 21. Chad is hard working and ready to put in the work for all his clients. He is ready to dedicate his all and learn as much as he can about the business, so that he can do so effectively and as efficiently as possible.

Chad loves nothing more than animals, family, and the opportunity to learn and grow as a person. In his free time, Chad, a self-proclaimed nerd enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering. He also loves exploring the Triangle Greenways with his three pups Molly, Murphy and Piper.
