Joshua Adam Urlaub was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland and moved to the Triangle area in June of 2000.

Josh has always had a passion for the arts and he attended UNC Greensboro where he studied studio art and later Wake Technical Community College where he earned degrees in both Graphic Design and Advertising as well as Simulation and Game Development. 

Josh strives to provide the best possible experience for his clients by putting their needs first. He knows that Real Estate can be an overwhelming prospect so he provides his clients with peace of mind by confidently guiding them through every step of the process. Josh cares about his community and genuinely loves helping people achieve their goals. 

Josh currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina and when he isn't working with clients, he spends his free time with family and friends. He loves to workout at the gym, cook healthy meals and tries to stay creative by working on game and music projects when time permits!
