Lonnie Montemayor earned his real estate license in 1997 and his broker’s license in 2006 when he lived in California. Lonnie leverages his broad experience in the industry, as well as his knowledge of the lending industry, to help clients accomplish their real estate goals.
Lonnie started in the real estate industry at the ripe age of 20 as a leasing agent for a large apartment community, working his way up to onsite property manager managing over 500 units at a time. After earning his real estate sales license, Lonnie started working full time for a home builder selling new homes. Lonnie sold over 400 homes during his tenure with 3 different home builders, giving him a vast background in customer service, transaction proficiency, and a sharpened ability to close the deal for his clients. After earning his broker’s license, Lonnie opened his own real estate and mortgage company, eventually jumping into the mortgage industry full-time before returning to his true passion, real estate sales. His time in lending gives him key insights to help guide clients through the mortgage process that many of his peers do not possess.
In his free time, Lonnie enjoys spending time with his family. Lonnie and his partner are active in their children’s school community and currently have 8 children.
