Qiana Bryan is a New Yorker by birth, but a Southern girl at heart. She was born in Queens, NY, but shortly after her birth her family relocated to North Carolina. Qiana grew up in Wake Forest, NC where she developed her love of nature and embraced the strong sense of community she found in the area. Being the daughter of two licensed Real Estate agents, she grew up traveling around the Triangle and visiting many open houses. She became fascinated with Real Estate, as she saw the joy and happiness home ownership brought to families.

Qiana graduated from Franklin Academy, then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she acquired a BA in Exercise and Sports Science, with a minor in Chemistry. She has always had a passion for cheerleading. She cheered throughout her educational career, competing on teams with Cheer Extreme, cheering on her fellow classmates at Franklin Academy and ultimately landing a spot on the UNC Co-ed Cheer Team, Go Heels! Qiana will be your biggest cheerleader and supporter throughout each individual real estate transaction.

In her free time, you can find Qiana in nature. She loves to walk the Triangle Greenways with her Silk Terrier, Teenie. Her other hobbies include dancing, yoga and reading.
