3 Stories From The Closing Table

What kind of journey do buyers and sellers go on before they finally close on their home? Find out three recent stories with Angie and her clients.

Wonder what it takes to get to the closing table? On today’s episode of the podcast, we are talking about three different stories of families in the Triangle who closed on their home recently.

The first story is with a family ready to move out of state. At first they listed with another agent, but when that didn’t go successfully, they turned back to Angie. She and her team were able to get them under contract within seven days at a great price point. Good luck to them as they move to Texas!

In another story, Angie was approached by someone who already had their eye on a property, but it wasn’t on the market. The buyers ended up getting into a multi-offer situation. After a few things fell through, the seller came back and accepted their offer.

It’s a competitive market out there. What are some next steps a seller can take to prepare? Angie talks about getting your home ready to sell. Reach out to her team to get an estimate of what your home could be worth in today’s market.

In Cary, one family considered selling for a few years before finally putting their home on the market. Watching the market and changing their pricing allowed them to close on their home and net a lot more than expected. They sold their home sight unseen after it was posted as coming soon. It didn’t appraise for the same amount as the offer, but they still made it to close. Are you wanting to sell your home? Connect with Angie and her team today!
