Angie helps people every week to buy and sell homes in the Triangle area. On today’s show she will share a few recent real estate stories that happened with her clients right here in the area. 

Christina and Holly are a mother-daughter duo who just bought a house with Angie’s team. Holly actually has a real estate license but knew it would be different and possibly emotional to represent herself. She chose to work with a realtor to get the professional expertise and experience from Angie and her team. They ended up with multiple offers and a seamless closing with the home they listed.

Ray is another client who recently worked with Angie’s team. He is making a move to be closer to family. They went under contract super quick, but unfortunately ran into issues with the buyer’s lender. But thankfully it all worked out after a roller coaster of emotions to get to the closing table. 

Lastly, congrats to Heath and Candace who decided to put their home on the market now. They received multiple offers and got well above asking price. They ultimately will be moving out of the area to be closer to family but will be leasing a place nearby for the time being. They wanted to capitalize on the profit available as the seller. This is an amazing time to sell a home, and it won’t last forever.
