What’s typically reasonable during the repair request part of the process? This is a buyer beware state. As a seller, you don’t have to make the repairs, but then the buyer can walk away. Right now, a lot of buyers are putting down significant due diligence, which means leaving the ball in the seller’s court.

Tina in Wrightsville asks how do you know if you’re emotionally ready to sell your home? Some people are more sentimental about their home than others. It’s okay if you aren’t emotionally tied to your home. What do you need that’s missing? What do you like about it currently?
